What a week!!  Chesterfield Beer Festival proved to be a very successful and enjoyable event - lots of new friends made and over 2500 half-pints of Spire beer served to the various festival-goers in just two days!

We were extremely proud to support our local Chesterfield CAMRA branch festival, and would like to say a big “THANK-YOU” to all who helped to make it such a big success.  In our opinion it was definitely the best ever, not only because the addition of the ballroom created an amazing extra space but it gave us the opportunity to show off the great selection of Spire beers available.

There were over 100 lucky winners of a voucher for a free pint at “The Britannia Inn”, Tupton, so get yourselves down there before the end of February to claim your prize!  Directions and opening times are available via the link above or go to the “About Us – Spire Pubs” submenu on the left.

Of course, if your need is more immediate, you could also visit the Pacific Bar in Church Lane, Chesterfield, where there will always be a selection of up to four Spire Beers for you to enjoy!

Exciting news this week…!  For the first time, Spire Brewery will have a new permanent outlet for our beers in the centre of Chesterfield.

The Pacific Bar on Church Lane will have up to four Spire beers on draught (and in bottles) at any one time.   Your choice too - pop in and tell Simon, your host, which ones you want to see on the bar.  You can be sure of a warm welcome!

It is also Chesterfield Beer Festival on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th, so if you’re lucky enough to have got tickets, come up to the Spire Thornbridge Ballroom and say “Hi!” as we’re shutting the brewery for a couple of days and working on the bar ourselves.
